Planned Parenthood of Tennessee and North Mississippi (PPTNM) seeks a Senior Manager, Clinical Operations to partner with the Chief Clinical Officer and oversee clinical operations across health centers in Memphis and Nashville.

You will support Clinic Managers, lead performance monitoring, KPI dashboards, and quality/risk management, and coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training. EPIC expertise and strong healthcare operations background are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or related field.
• Minimum five years in healthcare operations or multi-site management.
• Experience supporting clinical operations and staff recruitment.
• EPIC experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and implement clinical operations priorities across health centers.
• Provide guidance to Clinic Managers and support escalations.
• Monitor health center performance, KPIs, and patient experience.
• Develop operational dashboards and reports.
• Support EPIC workflows and data accuracy.
