Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care seeks an Associate Operations Director to lead clinical operations across multiple centers. You will oversee staffing, budgeting, and performance, driving patient engagement and quality metrics in a value-based care model.

You will partner with the medical director and oversee adherence to regulations, data analytics, and recruitment, ensuring a patient-centric, efficient operation across the market.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work at the CenterWell Care clinic.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and managed care.
• Skilled in EMR systems, DataHub, NPS, and other relevant software tools.
• Job is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's TB screening program.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational and organizational management across multiple centers.
• Monitor KPIs such as membership, retention, patient engagement, access, and scheduling.
• Oversee data analytics, cost utilization, HCC coding, and patient satisfaction.
• Supervise operational staff and manage scheduling, performance expectations, and change management.
• Recruit, develop internal leaders, and promote continuous learning and improvement.
• Align with Value Based Care principles and ensure VBC training across teams.
• Communicate financial and operational performance in monthly leadership meetings.
