Qualifications

• Clinical experience in medical-surgical nursing, clinical operations, performance improvement, or a related healthcare environment.
• Experience interpreting clinical, operational, quality, and performance data and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience leading consulting engagements, improvement initiatives, projects, or complex workstreams within a healthcare environment.
• Strong project management, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting findings and recommendations to clinical and senior leadership audiences.

Responsabilités

• Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations for medical-surgical improvement initiatives.
• Interpret complex analytical results and develop clear data-driven stories for client decision-making and organizational change.
• Develop and execute project plans that meet schedules, budgets, deliverables and value.
• Apply project management methodologies to organize workstreams, milestones, risks, and delivery.
• Facilitate client meetings and present findings to clinical, operational, and senior leadership audiences.
• Manage relationships with mid- to senior-level client leaders throughout engagements.
• Apply medical-surgical clinical expertise to assess workflows and opportunities for quality and operational improvement.
• Identify opportunities to expand client value and collaborate on consulting solutions.
• Develop and improve consulting products, services, tools and methodologies within the clinical practice area.
• Guide less experienced consultants in data interpretation, storytelling, and deliverable development.
