Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs confidential and complex administrative duties as the systems coordinator; manages the SCI scheduling application.
• Assists in developing and implementing scheduling templates; acts as ambulatory IT liaison for template changes.
• Provides training for Clinical Center Associates and other staff; identifies process improvements to optimize billing.
