Job summary

Resurgens Orthopaedics in Woodstock, GA is seeking an Administrator/Clinical Operations Manager to lead the center’s nursing and clinical services. The role partners with the Administrator to enforce policies, manage operating room, pre-op, PACU and other clinical areas, and ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

A graduate nurse with GA RN licensure, ACLS/PALS credentials, and progressive leadership experience (preferably two years in the OR) will oversee nursing standards, budget planning,

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Georgia and ACLS/PALS credentials as applicable.
• Progressive leadership, administrative and clinical competencies.
• Minimum two years in operating room experience; management preferred.
• Ability to obtain ACLS/PALS certification within 60 days if not current.

Responsibilities

• Directs, supervises, plans, staffs, coordinates and controls functions of assigned areas.
• Plans and directs Operating Room, Pre-Op, PACU and other clinical areas per nursing policies.
• Implements standards for safe and effective nursing care of patients.
• Keeps Administrator informed and seeks guidance as needed.
• Participates in budget development and monitors resources.
• Maintains relationships with physicians, employees, patients and customers.
• Engages in professional organizations and stays informed on nursing developments.
• Plans, organizes, directs and controls the quality and quantity of nursing care.
