Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare, Inc. through Piedmont Newnan Hospital seeks an Administrative Nurse Leader responsible for cost and finance, HR, operations, quality and patient outcomes, and staff satisfaction.

You will be part of the entity management team and Shared Governance, promoting person-centered and family-centered care across the continuum. The role requires RN licensure in Georgia, a BSN preferred, and at least 3 years of nursing experience with leadership, plus BCLS certification.

Qualifications

• 3 years nursing experience in hospital or clinical setting with at least 1 year in a leadership role

Responsibilities

• Administrative and operational responsibility for assigned departments, including cost and finance, human resources, operations, quality of care and clinical outcomes.
• Part of the entity management team and Shared Governance Model promoting mission, vision and values with patient-family centered care.
• Identify talent, provide support and resources to grow future nursing leaders and assist in staffing as needed to provide care across age groups.
