Job summary

Georgia Retina, part of EyeSouth Partners, seeks an experienced Facility Administrator to lead ambulatory surgery center operations in the Atlanta metro area. You will supervise clinical and non-clinical staff, enforce standards, and partner with Medical Director and Nursing leadership to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and a minimum of 3 years in ambulatory surgery operations management, with strong financial and compliance capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of ambulatory surgery operations management experience.
• Licensed, Registered Nurse required.
• BLS & ACLS Certification required.
• Strong understanding of nursing standards and ASC accreditation standards.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team and drive performance.
• Proven ability to thrive in a highly matrixed environment.
• Strong financial aptitude with experience managing a P&L.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations of the assigned facility according to policies, protocols, orders and regulations.
• Drive efficiencies in the facility using quality improvement principles.
• Ensure clinical care meets regulatory standards with Medical Director and Nurse Manager.
• Oversee staff relations, HR activities, and budgets.
• Coordinate with procurement and corporate teams for supplies and internal controls.
• Lead governance and compliance reporting, and participate in Governing Body meetings as applicable.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for surgical workflow.
• Ensure front office and revenue cycle processes are efficient and compliant.
• Maintain patient privacy and high-quality patient care standards.
