Northside Hospital Inc. seeks an experienced Nursing Manager for Surgical Services ORs in the Atlanta area. This leadership role oversees daily OR operations and requires judgment in budget, staffing, and patient services.

BSN preferred; CNOR and ACLS; 5+ years intraoperative nursing with 2+ years supervisory experience. Strong communication skills required. Hours: 6:30am–3:00pm. This role collaborates across departments to ensure safe, efficient perioperative care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with a minimum of five (5) years intraoperative nursing experience in Nursing, with at least two (2) years supervisory, managerial, or other responsible nursing experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in surgical techniques and procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the daily operations of Surgical Services Operating Rooms.
• Apply management principles to the perioperative discipline and exercise independent judgment in budget, personnel, patient services and administrative/professional programs.
• Maintain 24-hour accountability and coordinate communications, training, operations and administrative activities for intraoperative cost centers.
