Job summary

United Surgical Partners International (USPI) is seeking an RN/Surgery Center Administrator for Resurgens East Surgical Center in Covington, GA. The role leads day-to-day ASC operations, collaborates with physicians and governing boards, and ensures regulatory and accreditation compliance.

The Administrator oversees financial performance, staffing, and quality initiatives, with a focus on patient experience and operational efficiency in Orthopedics, Spine, Total Joints and Pain Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Nursing degree required.
• Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) leadership experience or hospital surgical leadership with ASC exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily facility operations across administrative, clinical, and business functions.
• Serve as liaison between Governing Board, Medical Staff, facility leadership, and USPI Home Office.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, quality, and safety standards.
• Develop and manage operating, staffing, and capital budgets.
• Monitor financial performance and address operational risks.
• Oversee staffing, employee performance, and workforce planning.
• Support physician relationships, credentialing, and medical staff coordination.
• Manage vendor, service, and physician contracts.
• Support quality improvement, infection control, and patient experience initiatives.
• Participate in operational reviews and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for service line development and operational improvement.
