HistoSonics Inc. is seeking a Sr. Clinical Applications Specialist to accelerate field readiness of new hires through immersive coaching and hands‑on procedural mentoring.

This role bridges classroom training with real‑world clinical work across our histotripsy platform, ensuring ability to support procedures safely and independently. You will partner with Clinical Training, travel up to 70%, and lead competency assessments, documentation, and ongoing field development for the commercial team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical discipline is required.
• 5+ years in clinical applications, medical education, or post‑market clinical support.
• RDMS certification or strong ultrasound background preferred.
• Strong understanding of image‑guided procedures and workflow.
• Ability to travel up to ~70% to support field activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding field immersion with hands‑on coaching and case exposure.
• Develop candidate competency and provide structured feedback.
• Maintain onboarding documentation in the LMS and track milestones.
• Collaborate with Clinical Training to improve curricula and resources.
• Coordinate field experiences and vendor/clinical activities with leadership.
