Qualifications

• Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides competent clinical nursing care consistent with professional standards.
• Coordinates and delivers patient care utilizing the nursing process in a hospital setting.
• Participates in education programs to identify and meet learning needs of self and patients/families.
• Engages with interdisciplinary team to promote continuity of care and timely communication.
• Prioritizes tasks and plans care using available resources and patient/family input.
