Job summary

Requirements include graduation from a nursing program, NC RN licensure, and BLS certification, with at least one year of nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides competent clinical nursing care in a hospital setting.
• Coordinates and delivers patient care using the nursing process.
• Assesses educational needs of patients and families and provides instruction.
• Participates in interdisciplinary team discussions to optimize care and discharge planning.
