Cottonwood Tucson seeks a Director of Outpatient Services to oversee daily operations of the outpatient department, oversee psychosocial assessments, groups, family therapies and treatment planning. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure safe, effective clinical practices aligned with regulatory standards.

The role requires a Master’s in a clinical field and several years of substance use disorder treatment leadership, with strong supervisory and program development skills.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in clinical, psychology or social work required.
• Three+ years in substance use disorder treatment (inpatient or outpatient).
• Experience with PHP/IOP/OP settings preferred.
• Skills in therapy, assessment, and knowledge of social welfare programs.

• Plan, develop, and implement evidence-based outpatient programs.
• Supervise clinical staff and coordinate care planning and case review.
