Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Science.
- California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License upon hire or equivalent license required.
- California Clinical Chemist Scientist License upon hire or equivalent license required.
- California Clinical Immunohematologist Scientist License upon hire or equivalent license required.
- California Clinical Microbiologist Scientist License upon hire or equivalent license required.
- California Clinical Toxicologist Scientist License upon hire or equivalent license required.
- California Clinical Cytogeneticist Scientist License upon hire or equivalent license required.
- California Clinical Genetic Molecular Biologist Scientist License upon hire or equivalent license required.
- California Clinical Hematology Scientist License upon hire or equivalent license required.
- California Clinical Histocompatibility Scientist License upon hire or equivalent license required.
- California Clinical Laboratory Scientist Biochemistry Special License upon hire or equivalent license required.
- 1 year experience as a CLS required.
Responsibilities
- Lead CLS oversees day-to-day operation of the division.
- Performs a variety of technical, clerical, physical and quality assurance functions.
- Works independently and accepts responsibility for special projects/activities as assigned.
