Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all laboratory testing and coordinate POCT.
• Establish test performance characteristics and evaluate new instrumentation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (CLIA, FDA, CAP, JC, AABB, OSHA).
• Manage staffing, training programs and personnel development.
• Maintain QA/QC records and lead quality assurance activities.
