Qualifications

• 3 years experience in specimen processing and/or phlebotomy with 3 years as lead or supervisor
• Ability to supervise personnel and coordinate clinical lab workflows
• Experience in hospital/phlebotomy operations and patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Develop, oversee and support daily Phlebotomy Services operations across Inpatient, Outpatient and Pavilion centers
• Supervise personnel and coordinate activities to ensure efficient workflow and quality patient care
• Model Providence Core Values and Magnet standards in daily activities
