Job summary

CHS Corporate is seeking an experienced Clinical Informatics Systems Adoption Specialist to lead Oracle Health Cerner training, onboarding, readiness, and workflow adoption across facilities. The role combines instructional design, nursing workflow expertise, and change leadership to ensure safe, consistent system use and successful go-lives.

The position requires advanced knowledge of Oracle Health nursing workflows, end-user training, curriculum development, and mentorship of adoption

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Allied Health, or a related field.
7 years of clinical systems training, onboarding, informatics education, or EHR adoption; OR 5 years with a relevant degree.
Oracle Health Cerner nursing workflow training or related go-live and optimization support preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate instructor-led, virtual, simulation-based, and on-demand learning aligned with Oracle Health nursing workflows.
Design and facilitate realistic workflow practice and competency validation for high-risk nursing processes.
Provide advanced end-user support during implementations, conversions, upgrades, and go-live events.
Support adoption of approved clinical workflows to improve clinician efficiency, patient safety, and compliance.
