Qualifications

• Clinician is preferred, but not required.
• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the development, maintenance, governance, and implementation of enterprise clinical workflow policies and standards across care settings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders during policy development to ensure content is accurate and applicable.
• Support workflow standardization initiatives and assess impact on enterprise policies and requirements.
• Lead enterprise-wide evaluation of AI-enabled Epic capabilities and related technology platforms.
• Facilitate cross-functional decisions and align policy, audit, and technology execution.
