Job summary

Alliance is seeking a Principal Clinical Informatics Analyst for a role that blends remote work with NC-based collaboration. You will collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data and build dashboards and reports to inform decisions across clinical operations.

You will lead NCQA/HEDIS related analytics, ensure data accuracy, and translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions while driving adoption of clinical informatics tools to improve frontline workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related field with 7+ years in healthcare analytics.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related field with 5+ years in healthcare analytics.

Responsibilities

• Data & Workflow Analysis: identify improvements and optimize workflows with leadership and trainers.
• HEDIS Lifecycle Support & Analytics: SME for NCQA HEDIS measures and improvements.
• System Implementation & Integration: liaise between clinical staff and IT to improve systems.
• Data Management: ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance across operations.
• Develop Reports & Data Visualization: design dashboards and reports using BI tools.
• Regulatory Compliance & Audit Readiness: maintain compliance documentation and NCQA reporting.
