IU Health is seeking a seasoned Analyst-Clinical Informatics III to bridge clinicians, IT, and leadership. You will optimize EHR workflows, translate data into actionable insights, and drive data-driven improvements that enhance patient care and safety.

The role includes mentoring, leading training, and supporting system-wide analytics initiatives while collaborating across departments and ensuring adherence to best practices.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
• 4–7 years of Clinical Informatics or Health Information Technology experience.
• 3–5 years of clinical experience.
• Certification/accreditation in Epic Clinical Decision Tools.
• Requires travel across the IU Health system for projects and onsite meetings.
• Current/active Indiana health care professional licensure required.
• Informatics certification (ANCC, HIMSS-CPHIMS, CAHIMS) required.
