The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in a related field, have 5+ years of acute care experience, possess an NJ RN license (or Compact), and obtain BLS within 14 days of hire; ALS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field required.
• 5+ years of recent acute care experience.
• Current NJ Registered Nurse license or valid Compact license.
• Specialty certification in clinical area.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• The Clinical Educator RN Lead is responsible for ensuring that all nursing education meets applicable regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards of nursing practice in the State of New Jersey and within Pascack Valley Medical Center.
• This individual serves as a role model, clinical consultant and resource for employee development activities. Provides a healthy work environment for learning.
