Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center in Westwood, NJ is seeking a day shift, full-time Lead Clinical Educator Registered Nurse to lead nursing education and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will guide staff development and act as a clinical resource across the unit.

The role requires a Master’s degree, 5+ years of acute care experience, an NJ RN license (or compact), and BLS within 14 days of hire. ALS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in related field.
• 5+ years of recent acute care experience.
• Current NJ Professional Registered Nurse license or valid Compacted RN license.
• Specialty certification in clinical area, or must be attained within 9 months from hire date.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nursing education meets regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards in NJ and within Pascack Valley Medical Center.
• Serve as a role model, clinical consultant and resource for employee development activities.
