Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center is seeking a Lead Clinical Educator RN to supervise and advance nursing education on the Westwood, NJ campus. The role requires regulatory and accreditation compliance, and acts as a clinical consultant for staff development.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in a related field, a current NJ RN license (compact license acceptable), and 5+ years of acute care experience. BLS must be completed within 14 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in related field
• 5+ years of recent acute care experience
• Current NJ Professional Registered Nurse license or valid Compact RN license
• Specialty certification in clinical area (to be attained within 9 months of hire)
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire or transfer into role
