Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center in Westwood, NJ, is seeking a Night Shift Nursing Administration House Supervisor RN for a full-time, on-site role.

You will coordinate staff, ensure policy compliance, and liaise with medical staff and regulatory bodies while supporting patient care.

The ideal candidate has an NLN/AACN-accredited nursing program, at least two years of leadership experience in the designated service area, and NJ RN licensure with BLS, ACLS, and PALS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an NLN/AACN-accredited nursing program.
• Two (2) years of successful leadership experience required.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience within the assigned service area is required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) with NJ Board of Nursing.
• BLS certification required within 14 days of hire or transfer.
• ACLS certification through AHA.
• PALS certification through AHA.

Responsibilities

• This position serves as an on-site administrative representative.
• They will facilitate communication and problem resolution among hospital staff, medical staff and regulatory agencies.
• This person routinely rounds through hospital departments, coordinating human resources necessary for hospital functioning and patient care.
• They will enforce organizational policies consistent with administrative guidelines and consultation obtained from the administrator on call.
