CRi—Community Residences, Inc. seeks an experienced Clinical Director to provide strategic and operational leadership for its mental health programs and services in Chantilly, VA.

The role oversees program managers, clinical staff, and compliance across regulatory standards, budgeting, and workforce development. The Clinical Director will ensure high-quality care, effective staffing, and sound fiscal performance while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and community partners.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a clinical field and licensure.
• Active clinical license required for oversight.
• Minimum five years in supervisory or management roles.
• Experience with behavioral health residential programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for assigned mental health programs and services.
• Supervise and evaluate Program Managers and clinical leaders.
• Monitor documentation, service plans, admissions, and treatment.
• Conduct audits and performance reviews to ensure quality and accountability.
• Ensure staffing levels meet program needs and staff development.
• Oversee budgeting, billing, and financial compliance.
