Job summary

CRi - Community Residences, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Clinical Services to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all clinical departments.

This onsite role in Chantilly, VA will partner with the EVP to ensure programs deliver high-quality care aligned with CRi’s mission. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in clinical or health administration, an active LCSW license in MD and VA, and 7+ years of progressive leadership in human services or healthcare.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership and management experience in human services or healthcare (7+ years).
• Active clinical license - LCSW in MD and VA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Clinical Directors and Program Managers.
• Oversee program quality, compliance, and performance improvement.
• Develop and implement new programs and service lines.
• Collaborate with community partners, funders, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to strategic planning and organizational goals.
