Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees 3–6 programs and drives improvements.
• Leads weekly treatment team meetings at each location.
• Coordinates admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Maintains staff timekeeping and payroll accuracy.
• Ensures Joint Commission and HIPAA compliance.
• Maintains facilities, vehicle, and conducts audits.
