Prestige Healthcare Resources, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Director for the MHRS program in Washington, DC. This full-time senior management role reports to the COO and oversees clinical operations, intake, census, staff training, and program financial viability.

Qualifications

• Experience directing clinical programs and supervising multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to implement policies and ensure quality standards.
• Knowledge of DC regulations and Medicaid/behavioral health guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the clinical operations of the MHRS program.
• Provide clinical consultation and guidance to the clinical team.
• Manage intake and admission of program participants.
• Maintain the program census and participant discharges.
• Develop and train new and existing staff, onboarding and offboarding.
• Drive growth and financial viability of the program.
• Ensure completion of clinical documentation in real time.
• Collaborate with the team to address patient needs and outcomes.
• Plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload.
