Job summary

JumpStart Games, Inc. is seeking a Senior Clinical Director to lead the Clinical Services department in our outpatient operations. You will guide strategic initiatives, budgeting, data reporting, and policy development to ensure high-quality patient care and compliant service delivery.

You will oversee administrative staff, collaborate with physicians and executives, and drive process improvements, technology upgrades, and revenue optimization across clinical service lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration or Business Administration, or 10 years progressive outpatient facility experience.
• Minimum five years supervisory/management experience of clinical care teams in outpatient settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong leadership and negotiation abilities.

Assists in budget development, data collection, and reporting; directs administrative personnel functions, develops and implements new business initiatives related to clinical services; oversees department technology initiatives, including clinical equipment and software. Plans, directs, evaluates, and controls activities within patient care delivery models in clinical services. Analyzes financial and other data for effective decision-making in the context of clinical operations.

Essential Functions

Directs services and activities of the Clinical Services department and associated profit centers. Participates in the strategic planning of the Clinical Services department; plans, directs, and coordinates departmental business activities, develops methods for improving operational efficiency.

Monitors the billing process to assure accurate coding and charge capture to maximize returns on revenues. Develops, implements, and monitors departmental compliance plans.

Oversees accounting mechanisms to ensure the financial integrity of separate reporting systems for each assigned service line and profit center.

Guides the internal procedures for the preparation and analysis of clinical services revenue, expense monitoring, and activity reports.

Prepares and monitors capital and operational budgets for assigned areas. Oversees departmental technology development and implementation.

Directs daily operations of the Clinical Services department to provide quality service and support to patients and referring physicians.

Directs administrative personnel functions. Remains current in the field and participates in local, state, and/or national clinical services programs.

Plans, develops, and pursues new business initiatives to grow the Clinical Services department's business; responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and correcting financial performance.

Provides a positive example for staff by promoting and enforcing Clinic and department policies and procedures and ensures staff compliance.

Maintains open communication and serves as an effective liaison to internal departments and external entities as assigned.

Accepts and performs any other duties as assigned by administration.

Required Education and Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration or Business Administration, OR 10 years of progressive experience in a for-profit outpatient facility. Must be able to work collaboratively with physicians, administration, and staff at all levels. Minimum of five years supervisory/management experience of clinical care teams in an outpatient setting. Master’s degree in health care related field.
