Job summary

Northside Hospital seeks a driven Director of Clinical Services to oversee outpatient clinical operations and nursing activities. You will implement policies, coordinate staff education, and ensure regulatory compliance to enhance patient care.

Leverage 5+ years in leadership, focus on quality improvement, and collaboration with midlevel providers to drive strategic goals within a multispecialty outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• 5+ years clinical/ancillary experience in an outpatient environment.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive leadership experience with focus on education, regulatory compliance, department leadership, related nursing systems and/or patient safety systems.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Using the organization's objectives and philosophies as a guide; coordinates and monitors the general supervision, planning, direction and evaluation of all aspects of the organization's provider nursing/clinical activities.
• Develops and implements policies and procedures and monitors the daily operations and activities of the organization's provider nursing/clinical functions to ensure the delivery of quality patient care.
• Accountable for all phases of education and training of the provider nursing/clinical staff as it pertains to the delivery of care within the organization's health care continuum.
• Collaboration with Midlevel Providers: Serve as the primary administrative liaison to midlevel providers within the outpatient practice.
• Participate as a member of the NGDC Senior Management Team in the development of the vision, strategic planning, and development of the organization's goals & objectives.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Clinical Services for our large multispecialty outpatient practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the delivery of quality patient care through effective management of our clinical staff and nursing activities. This role will coordinate all clinical operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and lead initiatives to improve patient outcomes and service standards.
