Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking an experienced Clinical Director (BCBA), or Partner Clinician, to lead clinical services across one to three centers. The role emphasizes ESDM, mentorship, and data-driven care improvements for young children.

You will supervise BCBA professionals, maintain ~10 billable hours weekly, and coordinate with operations to align clinical goals with center priorities. Competitive compensation includes bonuses and sign-on rewards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field and BCBA credentials.
• Current LBA in Arizona and BCBA certification.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior clinical authority for assigned centers, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Coach and develop BCBA professionals, Clinical Trainers, and Case Supervisors through observation and structured feedback.
• Maintain approximately 10 billable hours per week to ensure strong fidelity and implementation of the ESDM.
• Partner with the Center Operations Director to align clinical and operational priorities.
• Own key clinical quality metrics for your centers and use data to strengthen care.
