Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Medical Director to provide Clinical Development leadership for the PF 4404 program, overseeing trial design, conduct, and analysis while collaborating with regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, biostatistics, and medical affairs.

The role requires a medically qualified professional with 4+ years of experience and an active license to prescribe medicines. Hybrid work location with travel opportunities to conferences and team meetings.

Qualifications

• Must be medically qualified with a recognized medical degree.
• Requires at least 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Licensure to prescribe medicines independently for at least 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership across 2-3 study teams ensuring scientific rigor and alignment with company objectives.
• Perform medical monitoring activities including eligibility review, data review, and safety monitoring.
• Lead peer-to-peer interactions with investigators and serve as main contact for clinical issues with regulators and ethics committees.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of clinical trial and regulatory documents with cross-functional teams.
• Review and interpret clinical data with scientific leadership; communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Stay current with latest guidelines and literature to guide future development plans.
