Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Medical Director to lead clinical development for the PF 4404 program. You will oversee design, conduct, and analysis while coordinating with regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, biostatistics, and medical affairs.

You will provide medical expertise to the operations team, investigators and health authorities, advancing trial strategies within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Medical degree and state license; 4+ years in clinical development.
• Licensure to prescribe medicines independently for at least 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical development leadership across 2–3 study teams.
• Oversee medical monitoring: eligibility, data review, safety monitoring.
• Lead peer-to-peer interactions with investigators and serve as primary clinical contact.
• Develop and maintain clinical trial and regulatory documents with cross-functional teams.
• Interpret data and guide current and future clinical development plans.
