Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Medical Director to provide Clinical Development leadership for the PF 4404 program, interfacing with regulatory, pharmacovigilance, biostatistics, and medical affairs to meet scientific and regulatory standards.

The role collaborates with clinical operations, investigators, and external stakeholders, including health authorities and ethics committees, with a hybrid work model and travel required to conferences and team meetings.

Qualifications

• MD/DO/MBBS/MBChB from a recognized medical school/university.
• Licensed to prescribe medicines independently for at least 2 years post intern/house officer/foundation period.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership across study teams and ensure scientific rigor.
• Perform medical monitoring including eligibility, data review and safety monitoring.
• Lead peer-to-peer discussions with investigators and serve as clinical issues contact.
• Develop and maintain clinical trial and regulatory documents with cross-functional teams.
