• Leads evaluation of service requests to clarify business and technical issues.
• Collaborates with clients to understand business needs, scope, and deliverables.
• Develops analytic approaches and population definitions for projects.
• Recommends data delivery methods that balance data needs with urgency.
• Develops reports using BI tools for management interpretation.
• Educates clients on clinical and financial operational concepts related to data.
• Guides data quality, collection inconsistencies, and data issues.
