Qualifications

• Licensed nursing professional with a master’s in health sciences.
• Experience in clinical data abstraction and medical records review.
• Familiarity with ICD-10, SNOMED CT, and data encoding standards.

Responsibilities

• Abstract clinical data from EHRs and paper charts per protocols.
• Apply coding systems to transform data into standardized formats.
• Use REDCap and other EDC tools to enter and maintain data.
• Support AI and LLM initiatives with clinical data.
• Ensure data quality and regulatory compliance throughout abstraction.
