Job summary

Porter is seeking a Senior Clinical Credentialer to lead credentialing operations for our clinical workforce. You will verify licenses, certifications, education, and training, performing primary source verification and maintaining audit-ready files.

You’ll monitor expirables, coordinate enrollment with health plans, and partner with Clinical Operations, HR, Compliance to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in clinical credentialing.
• Deep understanding of PSV lifecycle.
• Experience credentialing NPs, RNs, LPNs.
• Knowledge of licensing, certifications, malpractice, references.
• Payer credentialing/enrollment experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CAQH and credentialing platforms.
• Attention to detail and audit readiness.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end credentialing lifecycle for Porter’s clinical workforce.
• Verify licensure, certifications, education, and training.
• Perform primary source verification and maintain audit-ready files.
• Monitor expirables and renewals well in advance.
• Coordinate enrollment with health plans and external partners.
• Develop and improve credentialing workflows.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
