Qualifications

• 7+ years in clinical credentialing within healthcare organizations.
• Expertise in primary source verification and ongoing monitoring.
• Credentialing for Nurses and other clinical providers.
• Familiarity with licensing, certifications, and payer requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end credentialing and recredentialing for Porter’s clinical workforce.
• Verify licenses, certifications, education, and work history.
• Maintain audit-ready credentialing files with primary sources.
• Track expirables and renewals well in advance.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, HR, Compliance, and leadership.
