Job summary

Porter is hiring a Senior Clinical Credentialer to lead credentialing operations for our clinical workforce in Pompano Beach, FL. You will oversee verification of licenses, certifications, education, training, and other credentials to ensure audit-ready files and full compliance.

The role partners with Clinical Operations, HR, Compliance, and leadership to streamline onboarding, improve workflows, monitor expirables, and support audits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of clinical credentialing experience.
• Strong knowledge of credentialing standards and processes.
• Experience with primary source verification.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple providers.
• Excellent communication with clinicians and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full lifecycle of clinical credentialing for Porter’s workforce.
• Verify licenses, certifications, education, and other credentials.
• Maintain audit-ready provider credentialing files.
• Coordinate enrollment with health plans and external partners.
• Develop and improve credentialing workflows and SOPs.
