• Strong data-driven process improvements to reduce turnaround times.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a credentialing team to high performance.
• Establish standards, SOPs, workflows, and governance across markets.
• Drive turnaround time, quality, and accuracy with metrics and dashboards.
• Partner with clinicians, hospitals, payor enrollment, and operations.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable improvements.
