Job summary

Precision Medicine Group in South Carolina seeks a Senior Contracts Manager to draft, negotiate and manage site contracts and amendments, ensuring alignment with study timelines. You will work with Clinical Operations teams and serve as a subject matter expert in contract management.

The role requires 7+ years in Clinical Trial/Vendor contracting, strong negotiation and MS Office skills, and the ability to lead interactions across US, Europe and APAC regions.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements and vendor contracts.
• Leading interactions with US/European/APAC institutions and sponsor teams.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, negotiate and track site contracts and NDAs.
• Establish processes for overall site contract management.
• Escalate complex issues with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on contract terms and operational implications.
• Maintain contract files and update study teams on status.
• Mentor new SCMs and Precision for Medicine staff.
