Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Contract Manager to review, draft, negotiate and track clinical trial agreements (CTA), NDAs, site budgets and related documents. This role supports the Clinical Operations study team to ensure timely deliverables and alignment with project timelines.

The position requires strong organizational, communication and contract management skills, with experience in the life sciences industry and interaction with European institutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent contract management experience in clinical research or similar setting.
• 3 years drafting, reviewing and negotiating clinical research agreements and managing contract process.
• Experience with European institutions preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and negotiate CDA, CTA, CTA-A, vendor contracts and site budgets.
• Lead interactions with North American and European study teams and with sites.
• Lead interactions with Sponsors regarding agreements.
• Resolve contractual issues with stakeholders and ensure policy compliance.
• Update study teams and sponsors on negotiation status.
• Coordinate execution and archiving of agreements.
• Maintain contract files and databases.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
