Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking an experienced healthcare consultant to leverage subject matter expertise and advanced analytical capabilities to deliver engagements that drive measurable performance improvement for healthcare clients.

You will interpret complex financial and operational data, translate findings into strategic recommendations, and develop and execute project plans that achieve engagement objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare consulting or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred; master's degree preferred.
• Experience coordinating or managing projects and applying project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial and operational data.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, storytelling, and written/verbal communication with senior client audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to travel regularly to meet clients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced financial and operational analyses to identify performance improvement opportunities and translate findings into actionable strategic recommendations.
• Develop and execute project plans that meet schedules, budgets, and contractual deliverables.
• Lead defined consulting projects and workstreams independently or with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate client meetings and present findings to senior client leaders.
• Manage mid- to senior-level client relationships to support engagement satisfaction.
• Provide guidance to less experienced consultants on data interpretation and storytelling.
