Qualifications

• Comprehensive test plan development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to identify optimal technical solutions and ensure system integration across environments.
• Develop and manage work plans for analysis and testing of upgrades and enhancements.
• Oversee configuration, implementation, and maintenance of technical requirements across environments.
• Analyze workflows to improve processes and resolve operational challenges.
• Author detailed specifications and documentation, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Design and execute advanced test scenarios to validate system integrity and performance.
• Contribute to defining technology standards and best practices.
• Provide input on resource estimation for projects and initiatives.
• Ensure timely completion of deliverables, addressing risks and variances.
