Job summary

You will drive advanced statistical analyses, financial modeling, and continuous improvement initiatives that cut waste, optimize labor productivity, and improve patient care outcomes. This role partners with executives to implement cost-saving and efficiency projects across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5 years of experience in improving operations and conducting complex analyses and project management.
• Expert use of continuous improvement tools including process mapping, root cause analysis (FMEA), value stream mapping, Pareto charts, and 5 Whys.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office; experience with simulation and statistical software.
• Ability to identify business issues and develop analyses to improve operational efficiency.
• Experience with cost savings calculations and applying project management principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced statistical and financial analysis to senior management and project teams.
• Develop and implement analytical solutions to support organizational decisions.
• Lead labor productivity and benchmarking initiatives and drive cost-saving projects.
• Assess current processes, collect data, and chart a course for improvements.
• Lead department and network-level improvement initiatives and projects.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve network goals.
