Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED with 4 years related work experience and 7 years progressive experience in Information Services.
Experience with large hospital/IDN IT projects, upgrades, and test planning.
Strong oral and written communication skills and technical collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

Leads identification of optimal technical solutions and ensures system integration.
Develops and manages work plans for analysis, testing, upgrades, and enhancements.
Oversees configuration, implementation, and maintenance across environments.
Analyzes and improves processes, evaluates feasibility for medium to large projects.
Authors specifications and documentation; designs and executes validation tests.
Contributes to technology standards and best practices; estimates resource needs.
