Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of EHR application build, implementation, and support experience.
• 4 years progressive experience in information services or a blend of information services and healthcare operations.
• Experience with small to medium-scale implementations/upgrades.
• Test plan development experience.
• Information Technology and/or Healthcare Operations experience.
• Project management of large initiatives.
• Implementation/upgrade support.
• Applications planning, development and implementation.
• Technical collaboration (interfaces, hardware and reporting).
• EPIC Certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Supports identifying optimal technical solutions for issues and processes.
• Prepares work plans to support analysis and testing of system upgrades.
• Supports configuring and maintaining technical requirements across environments.
• Evaluates processes and feasibility of project requests.
• Develops clear specifications and documentation as assigned.
• Plans and executes test scenarios to validate changes.
• Assists in developing technology standards.
• Assists in resource estimation for tasks.
• Completes tasks by due date or documents variances.
