Job summary

Wolters Kluwer UpToDate and Lexidrug is seeking experienced clinicians to join our team as Clinical AI Strategists. This role is central to shaping trustworthy, clinically intelligent AI systems and ensuring our clinical content and solutions are developed and deployed with clinical accuracy and trust.

You will collaborate across Clinical AI, Product, Engineering, Editorial, and Business Development to advance our solutions, guide clinically appropriate deployment, and represent Wolters Kluwer’s

Qualifications

• MD/DO/PharmD/APP or equivalent clinical degree.
• 5+ years of clinical practice with breadth across clinical research, medical education, patient safety, quality improvement, clinical informatics, or publishing.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based medicine and clinical decision making.
• Experience in clinical research or outcomes research, including study design and communication of findings.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across clinical, technical, business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on cross-functional teams to design, refine, and improve clinical AI systems and decision support solutions.
• Contribute clinical expertise to clinical reasoning frameworks, evaluation approaches, and decision pathways.
• Lead and contribute to clinical validation activities, including safety evaluation and expert testing.
• Translate clinician, customer, and partner feedback into system improvements with Product, Engineering, Editorial, and Clinical AI teams.
• Monitor developments in clinical AI, evidence-based medicine, regulatory frameworks, and risk management.
