Qualifications

• Experience in clinical AI strategy and development across teams.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based medicine and clinical decision making.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication across clinical, product, and external audiences.
• Leadership in complex clinical initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with generative AI in healthcare and clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on cross-functional teams to design and improve clinical AI systems.
• Lead clinical validation activities and safety evaluation for AI outputs.
• Translate feedback into system improvements with Product, Engineering, Editorial, and Clinical AI teams.
• Engage in partnerships and customer engagements as clinical representative of Clinical AI.
• Design and conduct clinical outcomes studies to evaluate AI deployments.
