Qualifications

• 7-10 years of product management experience with growth focus.
• Proven success in improving adoption, activation, or early lifecycle engagement.
• Experience working across marketing, sales, partnerships, and product to deliver outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Technical fluency and ability to partner with engineering and data teams.
• Experience operating in complex or enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication across technical, business, and executive audiences.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and align diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a growth strategy for UpToDate Expert AI across awareness, acquisition, activation, and early engagement.
• Own growth OKRs and identify high‑impact levers to increase adoption.
• Improve how clinicians discover, access, and begin using AI-enabled products across channels (web, mobile, enterprise, EHR).
• Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to streamline acquisition flows and reduce friction from first touch through activation.
• Shape onboarding and early experiences to ensure rapid time‑to‑value and strong initial engagement.
• Use targeted experiments to refine key moments in the user journey with measurable improvements.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives and align stakeholders around priorities and tradeoffs.
• Develop measurement frameworks across the funnel and ensure instrumentation and visibility into user behavior.
